- 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM : registration/ refreshment/ reception.
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: official meeting
- Sharp 12: PM : Meeting ends.

- INCHAM activities in 2021 – 2022
- Membership status in 2021 – 2022
- Accounts in 2021 – 2022 term (with account audited report till September 2022).
- Outgoing Chairman vote of thanks and Handover to the new elected team.
- Introduction of the BoGs by the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
- Budgeted, planned activities for the year 1 and year 2 by the new team.
- Election/ Selection of the Honorary Internal auditor.
- Suggestion/ feedback from the members.
- Refreshment for members
