Wireless and Broadband internet connections and work stations at the Sheraton Club Lounge.
Facsimile and photocopying services available (subject to charges).
Two hours complimentary use of the Sheraton Club Lounge meeting room (subject to availability).
Light pressing of two garments per room per day.
Butler packing and unpacking services available.
Choice of international newspapers in the lounge.
Complimentary local newspaper delivered to room upon request – 24 hour notice required.
Complimentary local calls within Ho Chi Minh City – Mobile phone, long distance and international call excluded.

Negotiated rates are subject to availability for bookings of 10 rooms or more per night which are considered as a Group booking. Group bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of a Group Contract and Group Rates.
If you cancel the booking one day prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee. Any cancellations within the arrival date subject to one-night accommodation charge.
