Vaibhav is currently the Executive Vice President and Business Head of Marico South East Asia based in Vietnam. Marico is one of India’s leading consumer products companies, in the global beauty and wellness space with its products sold in India and chosen markets in Asia and Africa. Vaibhav has spent more than 20 years in the consumer healthcare/FMCG industry. Prior to Marico, he had a career spanning 20 years with GSK Consumer Healthcare. Vaibhav has a wealth of experience with roles spanning across Asia, Africa and Latin America. His leadership experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management is defined by business transformation initiatives including developing the strategy to driving execution.
