Guidelines of INCHAM Membership
- Members are advised to carry their INCHAM membership card while attending all INCHAM and related events.
- All the concerns/grievances (if any) should only be communicated to INCHAM office either through letter or registered email to info@incham.vn and in any case the same should not be forwarded to other members and non-members.
- Members are requested to maintain proper discipline in all the events and should not cause any inconvenience to other members.
- Members should abstain from communicating any wrong/unauthentic information, which will directly or indirectly defame INCHAM.
- Any information which is beneficial to the other members can be communicated to the INCHAM office only. The INCHAM office in turn will communicate with all the members after verifying the information.
- Membership can be suspended if any member fails to follow INCHAM guidelines.
