Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) was established in 2007, as one of sixteen subsidiary companies of Sonadezi Corporation – one of the leading enterprises in Dong Nai province with thirty years operating and investing in many businesses in many different areas, especially in the field of investment and development industrial real estate in Southern key economic zone. Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park & Golf Course, located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, is one of the strategic projects of SZC to become a gateway to global commerce. With total area of 2.287 ha (in which 1.556 ha is reserved for Industrial Land, the other 731 ha is for Golf Course, Urban and Service areas), it defines a new type of modern industrial park which is symbolized by the parallelization of social and economic development.
